Leather backpacks usually sag into a sack within a year. This one has a stiffened back panel and a boxed base to stop that happening.

Wipe with a dry cloth after wet days and let it dry at room temperature. Condition twice a year with a neutral cream. Empty it before storing so the base keeps its shape.
