Shipping & returns
Most orders leave the workshop within two working days. Made-to-order pieces take longer and we'll tell you before you pay.

International duties and taxes are not included and are payable on arrival. We declare the full value on the customs form — we won't under-declare.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery to return anything unused, for a full refund. The piece needs to be in the condition it arrived in: unworn, unmarked, and with the packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Footwear can be tried on indoors — that is the only way to know if it fits. Soles that have been walked on outside cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, message us before sending anything back and we'll hold the replacement. Exchanges within Zimbabwe are free one time per order.
Faults and repairs
If a seam fails, an edge lifts, or hardware breaks, send it back whenever it happens — there is no time limit. If it's our workmanship, the repair is free. If it's wear or accident, we'll quote you for materials only.
